Vertical Lending was established in Florida in 2006.  From the beginning, Vertical Lending has utilized state of the art technology to streamline the process of obtaining a home loan.  This allows consumers to stay current on status updates and dramatically improves the processing time.  Vertical Lending was one of the first mortgage broker companies in the state of Florida to utilize this type of technology.   Over the past fifteen years, the housing crises and the economy have forever shaped the mortgage broker industry.  Increased regulation has caused many mortgage broker businesses and Lenders to close their doors.  Vertical Lending used the crisis and economic situation as a way to better educate home buyers and provide bona fide home loan solutions for real challenges in the ever-changing environment.  Recently, Vertical Lending launched a new and improved website and is now licensed in North Carolina.
